Constitution Day is Coming!
Constitution Day is coming. Let’s honor our forefathers by remembering what some of them said about future generations!
Please join us for Constitutional Conversations in 8 Weeks! We will go through the original intent of the Constitution clause by clause so that you know your heritage as an American, as a Christian to equip and empower you to restore America’s Biblical heritage of Life, Liberty and the Godly pursuit of happiness, which as William Blackstone explained in Commentaries on the Law is only found in seeking and obeying God Almighty!

Support The Constitution
The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of the United States and of the several States, shall be bound by Oath or Affirmation, to support this Constitution ~A6S3
The oath for our Presidents to support this Constitution is:
“I do solemnly swear, (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
The military oath is similar but more detailed. It states:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the United States of America; that I will serve them honestly and faithfully against all their enemies whomsoever; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to the regulations of the uniform Code of Military Justice.”
Iredell said, “According to the modern definition of an oath, it is considered a ‘solemn appeal to the supreme being, for the truth of what is said, by a person who believes in the existence of a supreme being and in a future state of rewards and punishments, according to that form which will bind his conscience most.’ It was long held that … none but Jews and Christians could take an oath; and heathens were altogether excluded… Men at length considered that there were many virtuous men in the world who had not an opportunity of being instructed either in the Old or New Testament, who yet very sincerely believed in a supreme being, and in a future state of rewards and punishments.”(1)
Father, we pray that You will restore the Fear of God into our representatives, that Your people would vote faithfully to honor You and Your Word as it was originally honored in our Constitution, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
- Elliot, 4:196-98.
