Restoring America’s Biblical Heritage

When we set out hearts to recover our Biblical Heritage, we then learn how our forefathers learned, just by reading original documents. They thought differently than we do today. They thought Biblically.

But we have lost this as anti-Christ groups have sought to hinder the gospel and limit or ban His Word and prayer. For generations now, we have been as the sons of Ephraim in Psalm 78:9-11, where the Word says:

The men of Ephraim, though armed… turned back on the day of battle; they did not keep God’s covenant and refused to live by His law. They forgot what He had done, the wonders He had shown them.

In the first part of Psalm 78 there is a distinct duty given to each generation of parents:

We will not hide these truths from our children;  we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord, about His power and His mighty wonders.

We find ourselves not knowing “these truths” so let the adventure begin with you! You can be the one to restore to your family, our national heritage by taking time to learn. Read about all the upcoming classes and learning opportunities here.

A4S2C1-2 Recognizing Citizens

The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States. ~A4S2C1

This clause gave each citizen all the Privileges and Immunities in all the states that he is entitled to enjoy in his own state. The federal case Corfield v. Coryell was decided as follows:

“Protection by the government; the enjoyment of life, and liberty, with their right to acquire and possess property of every kind, and to pursue and obtain happiness and safety… the right of a citizen of one state to pass through, or to reside in any other state, for purposes of trade, agriculture, professional pursuits, or otherwise; to claim the benefit of the writ of habeas corpus; to institute and maintain actions of any kind in the courts of the states; to take, hold and dispose of property, either real or personal; and an exemption from higher taxes or impositions then are paid by other citizens of the state.(1)

A Person charged in any State with Treason, Felony, or other Crime, who shall flee from Justice, and be found in another State, shall on Demand of the executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having Jurisdiction of the Crime.  ~A4S2C2

A person who has been charged with criminal acts is to be returned to the state where he committed his crime. The warrant of extradition must be based either upon a charge made by a person who has sworn he has a personal knowledge of the crime or upon the record of the trial in which the fugitive was convicted.” (2)

The governor of the asylum state merely holds the accused to prevent him from fleeing elsewhere. But as governor for his state, as an implied discretionary power, if he feels the accused might be deprived of fair and humane treatment, he can refuse to return the prisoner to the state seeking extradition.

Father, give our leaders wisdom and discernment as they make these difficult decisions. Help us all fear and honor YOU.
