Biblical Worldview Chemistry, Anyone?

This year I get to teach Chemistry. I promise I’ll try to not blow anything up! We’ll explore Scriptures that frame how we view this adventure. We’ll look at the Men and Women that God Almighty used to further this practical endeavor to improve our lives and start to understand the wonders of God’s creation and how it works. We will marvel at experiments as we learn how to think Scientifically and realize that true Science never contradicts God’s Word. I’ll share resources for you to continue these lessons for the different age levels: elementary, middle and high school to develop their education and notebooks at home. More info to come!

We are also offering Teacher Training for the next two years. This is very reasonable for those who are interested in teaching and mentoring youth with a Biblical Worldview and Methodology.

These courses will teach, train and equip you to reason Biblically in every endeavor and is dedicated to taking the Lord at His promise in Joshua 1:8 NLT,

A1 S8 C7-8 Say in part: “The Congress shall have Power to establish Post Offices and post Roads; To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries…”

Congress has the constitutional, national responsibility to establish and designate post roads. John Hamilton was the Royal Deputy Postmaster General in 1707. Benjamin Franklin served in 1753. This is the only time in American history that the Postal Service functioned at a profit. In 1970, through the Postal Reorganization Act, the United States Post Office became a separate corporation  and an independent agency.  

Thomas McKean explained that, “The power of securing to authors and inventors the exclusive right to their writings and discoveries, could only with effect be exercised by the Congress. For, sir, the laws of the respective States could only operate within their respective boundaries, and therefore, a work which had cost the author his whole life to complete, when published in one State, however it may might  there be secured, could easily be carried into another State, in which a republication would be accompanied with neither penalty or punishment – a circumstance, manifestly injurious to the author in particular, and to the cause of science in general.”

Thomas Jefferson clarified, “Certainly an inventor ought to be allowed a right to be the benefit of his invention for some certain time. It is equally certain it ought not to be perpetual; for to embarrass society with monopolies of every utensil existing, and in all the details of life, would be more injurious to them than had the supposed inventors never existed.”

Unfortunately this protection was violated by President Roosevelt who gave Russians full access to Americans patents during World War II. Other countries have stolen patents more recently. 

Father, would You continue to raise up leaders to serve in America’s government that will protect the innocent and punish the guilty, in Jesus’ Name, Amen!
