Recently, I was blessed to meet with a local pro-life team. They have laid out a strategy to protect babies from the moment of conception here in our county. I am so excited to work with them and will share more with you, but first will finish the Abolish Abortion opportunity to end abortion across Florida. Can you believe that God is blessing us with two chances to save our babies?! We cannot take for granted that these opportunities will be open for long. One of the team members said that he didn’t want to wait to charge the hill until next year, but urged us to start now. Thank You, Jesus for Christians who can discern the times and know what to do! (1 Chronicles 12:32)

I have recorded a video to explain the Equal Protection Equal Justice Act. I’ve been told it is somewhat “academic”. This is a fair assessment, but I am a teacher and want to equip you and your friends for this work of the ministry. A2 S1 C4 Original Intent for Presidential Voting

* The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.

~ A2 S1 C4

This clause reflects the original intent of the framers to have one day voting to prevent fraud and collusion.

James Wilson said “By it we avoid corruption; and we are little exposed to the lesser evils of party intrigue… The Constitution, with the same view, has directed, that the day on which the electors shall give their votes shall be the same throughout the United States… With this regulation, it will not be easy to corrupt the electors, and there will be a little time or opportunity for tumult or intrigue.”(1)

Do you see how voting over several days allows “tumult or intrigue”?

Richard Spaight agreed,  “The time of choosing the electors was to be determined by Congress, for the sake of regularity and uniformity; that, if the states were to determine it, one might appoint it at one day, and another at another, etc.; and that the election being on the same day, in all the states, would prevent a combination between the electors.”(2)

James Iredell said “Nothing is more necessary than to prevent every danger of influence… by this provision, the electors must meet in the different states on the same day, and cannot confer together. They may not even know who are the electors in the other states. There can be, therefore, no kind of combination. It is probable that the man who is the object of the choice of 13 different states, the electors in each voting unconnectedly with the rest, must be a person who possesses, in a high degree, the confidence and respect of his country.”(3)

Wouldn’t they be appalled at the monkey business conducted now?

Father God Almighty, would You grace us with fair elections once again and cause us to choose men who are able, fear You, love Truth and won’t take a bribe, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
